STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  Staff recommends that the public hearing be continued and the item tabled to the November 12, 2019 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting due to notifications signs not being posted on the subject property on the timeframe required by the Zoning Ordinance.

ITEM SUMMARY:  The applicant is requesting to rezone approximately 21.88 acres of land, generally for residential uses. More specifically, the proposed rezoning request modifies the space limits of SF5 to accommodate both zero lot line homes as well as more traditional single family lots. The proposed development also provides for open space and additional landscaping and trail connections.
