ITEM SUMMARY:  The purpose of this Work Session item is to provide the Planning and Zoning Commission with an introduction to the new Fiscal Model.

Promoting fiscal health is a key component of the ONE McKinney 2040 Comprehensive Plan. As such, Staff and the project team have developed a new fiscal model tool to help provide a better understanding of the anticipated fiscal impacts of land use decisions.

Beginning in November, this new Fiscal Model will replace the Land Use and Tax Base Analysis Maps.
