STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  Staff recommends approval of the proposed minor replat with the following conditions:

 

1.                     The applicant satisfy the conditions as shown on the Standard Conditions for Minor Replat Approval Checklist, attached. 

 

 

ITEM SUMMARY:  The applicant is proposing to subdivide one lot into two lots. The subdivision is approximately 2.88 acres and is comprised of two lots, Lot 2R1A (approximately 2.51 acres), and Lot 2R1B (approximately 0.37 acres). The subject property is currently platted as 2R1, Block B of the Adriatica Addition.

 

The applicant has indicated that the newly created lots will continue to be used for Senior Living and the Bell Tower.
