STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  Staff recommends approval of the proposed minor replat with the following conditions, which must be satisfied prior to filing the plat for record:

 

Subsequent to receiving final plat approval, the applicant shall be required to satisfy the conditions shown on the Standard Conditions for Minor Replat Checklist, attached, prior to the issuance of any necessary development permits, building permits, or filing of the plat for record.

 

ITEM SUMMARY:  The applicant is proposing to replat two lots, approximately 16.47 acres, into one lot (Lot 1). The subject property is currently platted as Lot 1, Block A of Saint June and Lot 1A, Block A of Wilson Place.
