STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the proposed minor replat with the following conditions:
1. The items currently marked as “not met” on the attached Conditions of Approval Checklist be satisfied prior to issuing final plat approval.
2. The applicant satisfy the conditions as shown on the Standard Conditions of Approval Checklist for Minor Replats, attached, prior to the filing of the plat for record.
ITEM SUMMARY: The applicant is proposing to subdivide approximately 0.25 acres into two lots, Lot 1 and 2, Block A for residential uses. The subject property is currently platted as McKinney Outlot 318A, an addition to the City of McKinney.
