ITEM SUMMARY:
• Prosper Town Picnic:
o Staff and DCTA attended Prosper’s Town Picnic to promote transit services on September 7 from 4 pm to 7 pm
o Total attendance - approximately 700 - 800 residents
• Oktoberfest:
o Collin County Transit partnered with MPAC/McKinney Main Street to provide free shuttle service on Friday, September 27 from 5 pm to midnight and Saturday, September 28 from 10 am to 6 pm.
o In addition, Collin County Transit and DCTA were proud sponsors of the event
o Total numbers of riders:
• Friday - 1,050
• Saturday - 1,737
• Senior Health Fair:
o Staff had an information booth on September 27 from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm at the McKinney Senior Center
o Provided information to over 250 individuals
• Bus
o Creative Bus Sales delivered the bus to DCTA on August 30, 2019
