ITEM SUMMARY:
- Staff is proposing to set the establish the remaining 2020 meetings dates as follows:
o Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at 6 P.M.
o Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at 6 P.M.
o Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 6 P.M.
• Special Meetings may still be called by any two (2) directors with telephone or written notice, including notice by electronic mail.
