RECOMMENDED PARK BOARD ACTION:
* Approval of the Recommendation.
ITEM SUMMARY:
* This agenda item will authorize a professional services contract with Kimley - Horn and Associates, Inc., to provide landscape architectural services related to the design of the Al Ruschhaupt Master Plan in a contract amount of $79,800 and not to exceed $82,000.
* The master plan will include recommendations for placement of athletic fields. Hike and bike trails, signage locations, new concession and restroom buildings, shade structures, parking, updates to the disc golf course, and additional park improvements. The amenities for the park will be determined by the City through facilitated public meetings and illustrated on the conceptual master plan.
* Scope of Services:
o Basic Master Plan Services $ 79,800.00
o Contingency $ 2,200.00
Total $ 82,000.00
