APPROVAL PROCESS: The recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be forwarded to the City Council for final action at the January 7, 2020 meeting.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the proposed rezoning request with the following special ordinance provisions:

The development will conform to the attached development regulations and layout.

ITEM SUMMARY: The applicant is requesting to rezone approximately 29.01 acres of land, generally for single family residential uses. More specifically, the proposed rezoning request modifies the space limits and layout for Phase 7 of the Willow Wood master plan.

Before final action on the rezoning request can occur, amendments to the corresponding development agreement must also be considered by the City Council to modify the conceptual layout as well as the timing of infrastructure. These amendments to the development agreement, as well as the rezoning request, will be considered concurrently by City Council for final action, which is expected to occur at the January 7, 2020 meeting.
