ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Ordinance amends the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Annual Budget and the 2020-2024 Capital Improvements Program by appropriating $500,000 from the Airport Construction Fund balance to Project AI1744, Western TKI Executive Terminal.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• It is necessary to configure the FBO terminal building with the following infrastructure to properly operate the airport administrative offices, provide for needed airport access control, monitoring and security, provide for public Wi-Fi connectivity and outfit leasable tenant space for connectivity.
o Network Switches, Wireless access points, Firewall
o Fiber extension from City fiber ring
o Security systems (card readers, cameras, security panels)
o Data and Fiber (data cabling, racks, patch panels, patch cords)
o Exterior Signage (airside and landside)
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• The budget will be amended by appropriating $500,000 from the Airport Construction Fund balance to Project AI1744, Western TKI Executive Terminal.
