ITEM SUMMARY:
• Bluegrass Heritage Foundation is seeking reimbursement for the $3,000 Outreach Grant for their Bluegrass Music Show/Mini-Fest.
• The performance was held at McKinney Performing Arts Center on November 16, 2019, and is designed to promote the heritage of bluegrass music.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Outreach Grants provide financial assistance for the costs associated with a single project, or if the applicant is applying for the first time.
• Per Arts Grants Guidelines, Outreach Grants can pay up to 50% of eligible project expenses, not to exceed $3,000.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• Funding will come from the Outreach Grant budget for 2019-2020.
