RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:  Staff recommends approval of the proposed minor replat with the following conditions:

 

1.                     The items currently marked as “not met” on the attached Conditions of Approval Summary be satisfied prior to issuing final plat approval.

 

2.                     The applicant satisfy the conditions as shown on the Standard Conditions of Approval Checklist for Minor Replats, attached, prior to the filing of the plat for record.

 

In order to receive final approval of the plat, the applicant has the opportunity to make one resubmittal which corrects the items currently not in conformance.

 

Following the issuance of final plat approval, a written notice will be sent to property owners within 200’ of the subject property within 15 days, in compliance with Section 212.015 of the Texas Local Government Code.

 

ITEM SUMMARY:  The applicant is proposing to subdivide approximately 0.29 acres into two lots, Lot 1 and 2, Block A for residential uses. The subject property is currently platted as McKinney Outlot 427, an addition to the City of McKinney. 

 

APPLICATION SUBMITTAL DATE:                     February 10, 2020 (Original Application)

 

APPROVAL PROCESS: The City Council is the final approval authority for the proposed plat.

 

OPPOSITION TO OR SUPPORT OF REQUEST:  Staff has received no comments in support of or opposition to this request.
