RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:  Staff recommends approval of the proposed minor replat with the following conditions:

 

1.                     The items currently marked as “not met” on the attached Conditions of Approval Summary be satisfied prior to issuing final plat approval.

 

2.                     The applicant satisfy the conditions as shown on the Standard Conditions of Approval Checklist for Minor Replats, attached, prior to the filing of the plat for record.

 

In order to receive final approval of the plat, the applicant has the opportunity to make one resubmittal which corrects the items currently not in conformance.

 

ITEM SUMMARY:  The applicant is proposing to replat two lots into one lot, Lot 1R, Block C for multi-family residential uses. The subject property is currently platted as Lot 1 and Lot 2R, Block C of the Courtesy Dealership Addition, an addition to the City of McKinney. 

 

APPROVAL PROCESS: The City Council is the final approval authority for the proposed plat.
