ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Resolution Authorizes Rejection of all Bids under Solicitation 20-27FP for the Mowing and Cleanup Services for Dams, to be used on an as-needed basis.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The City issued Invitation to Bid 20-27FP Mowing and Cleanup Services for Dams on March 15, 2020.
o Advertised in the McKinney Courier Gazette
o Posted on McKinney TV
o 137 matching eBid Supplier Notifications
• Out of 137 supplier notifications, five (5) bids were received on April 9, 2020.
• The bids were reviewed by Procurement Services and Public Works staff for compliance. All bids have been deemed non-responsive, either due to lacking requested information, or not the best value, budgetary-wise, for the City.
• Procurement Services will re-issue an Invitation to Bid, on behalf of the department, for these services.
