RECOMMENDED ACTION:
• Discuss an update to the master plan.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• Earlier this year, the Department engaged Studio Outside to provide an update to the 2015 Gabe Nesbitt Master Plan.
• The master plan incorporates feedback received by board members and staff and is being updated in coordination with other ongoing master planning efforts across the parks system.
• Studio Outside will assemble any additional comments and make revisions in order to arrive at an updated master plan that can be approved by the board.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The Department aims to complete the buildout of Gabe Nesbitt Community Park and has allocated funding to commence this endeavor.
