RECOMMENDED ACTION:
• Discuss a master plan for each park.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• The consultant team from Studio Outside will present final master plans for E.A. Randles Park, W.B. Finney Park, Falcon Creek Park, and Katherine B. Winniford Park.
• The master plans incorporate feedback received by board members and staff.
• Studio Outside will assemble any additional comments and make revisions in order to arrive at final master plans that can be approved by the board.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Conceptual designs were presented to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board on June 11, 2020.
• Studio Outside was awarded a contract in January of this year to develop a master plan vision, cost projection and implementation strategy for Falcon Creek, E.A. Randles, W.B. Finney, and Winniford Park.
