RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
* Approval of the Resolution.
ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a contract in the amount of $118,400, as well as all required supplemental agreements thereto, with Kimley - Horn and Associates, Inc. for professional landscape architectural services for the Al Ruschhaupt Phase 1 Restroom Renovations Project (PK4392), for a total aggregate contract amount, inclusive of any supplemental agreements, not to exceed $148,400.
* A contingency of $30,000 allows for the option to develop construction documents for additional pavilions and plaza area.
* The Al Ruschhaupt Phase 1 Restroom Renovations will include recommendations for placement of a new restroom facility and updated site plantings.
* Scope of Services:
o Design Services $ 118,400.00
o Contingency $ 30,000.00
Total $ 148,400.00

* Kimley - Horn and Associates, was selected from a list of pre-qualified landscape architectural firms that Council approved on June 18, 2019.
