• This Resolution adopts a set of Guiding Principles which will influence the City of McKinney’s efforts to develop McKinney National Airport.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The Airport Master Plan includes multiple development projects in its short-, intermediate-, and long-term program. A set of Guiding Principles have been created for use when considering various development opportunities, delivery methods, and resource allocation.
