ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Resolution authorizes rejection of all proposals under Solicitation 21-14RFP for the Aviation Fuel Farm Storage Tank.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• A Request for Proposals (RFP), 21-14RFP, was issued on October 18, 2020 for the purchase and installation of an Aviation Fuel Farm Storage Tank.
o Advertised in the McKinney Courier Gazette
o Posted on McKinney TV
o 185 matching eBid Supplier Notifications
• Out of 185 supplier notifications, two (2) proposals were received on November 17, 2020.
• The proposals were reviewed for compliance by Procurement Services and Garver LLC, the On-Call Engineer with McKinney National Airport. Both proposals have been deemed non-responsive due to omissions of significant amount of information that was outlined in the Request for Proposal by both Respondents.
• On behalf of the McKinney National Airport, Procurement Services will re-issue a Request for Proposals for the Aviation Fuel Farm Storage Tank.
