ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Resolution authorizes award of a construction contract with Absolute Painting, Inc. of McKinney, Texas for the Rehabilitation of 406 S. Church Street, McKinney, Texas 75069.
• Rehabilitation is for a Low-Income Elderly Household Living in Substandard Conditions.
• Owner Occupied Home Located West of Highway 5 and South of Downtown.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The City issued an Invitation to Bid (20-10CC) for the Rehabilitation of 406 S. Church Street on November 8, 2020.
• Out of 1,060 supplier notifications, four (4) bids were received on December 3, 2020.

• Funding is currently budgeted in the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Fund 017, account 017-1703-463-8516.
• This Resolution authorizes a contract and all necessary change orders with Absolute Painting, Inc., for an amount not to exceed $83,545.00.
