RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
* Approval of the Resolution.
ITEM SUMMARY:
* This agenda item will authorize a professional services contract with DCBA Landscape Architecture, to provide landscape architectural and engineering services related to the design and construction of the Robinson Ridge Neighborhood Park project in a contract amount of $135,096.00 and not to exceed $142,096.00
* Scope of Services:
o Basic Services $122,056.00
o Special Services (Survey and TDLR) $ 8,712.00
o Reimbursables $ 4,328.00
o Contingency $ 7,000.00
Total $142,096.00
* DCBA Landscape Architecture recently completed the master plan for this park, which is attached. Based upon their master plan design and quality of work, they were requested to provide design and construction administration services for the completion of the project.
* During the master planning process, which consisted of public input via an online survey, a master plan was developed that provides the park with amenities such as:
o Water fountain/splash pad feature
