ITEM SUMMARY:
* On March 16, 2021, a City Council Work Session presentation outlined all of the currently proposed projects for the redevelopment of east McKinney.
* The Neighborhood Preservation study was one of the projects proposed to gain insights into strategies to promote redevelopment while preserving the character and affordability of existing McKinney "legacy" neighborhoods.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* The City issued a request for qualifications (21-45RFQ) on April 18, 2021 to assist with the City of McKinney Neighborhood Preservation Study.
