STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  Staff recommends that the public hearing be continued and the item tabled to the August 24, 2021 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting due to notifications signs not being posted on the subject property on the timeframe required by the Zoning Ordinance.

 

ITEM SUMMARY: The applicant is proposing a specific use permit to allow warehouse uses located at the northwest corner of State Highway 121 (Sam Rayburn Tollway) and Tina Drive.
