RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:  Staff recommends approval of the proposed Preliminary-Final Replat with the following conditions, which must be satisfied prior to filing the plat for record::

 

1.                     The items currently marked as “not met” on the attached Conditions of Approval Summary be satisfied prior to issuing final approval and/or filing of a plat for record.

 

2.                     The applicant satisfy the conditions as shown on the Standard Conditions for Preliminary-Final Replat Approval Checklist, attached.

 

ITEM SUMMARY: The applicant is proposing to replat 5 lots into 1 lot. The applicant has indicated that the lot will be used to construct multi-family residential units.

 

APPROVAL PROCESS: The City Council is the approval authority for the proposed Preliminary-Final Replat. In order to receive final approval of the plat, the applicant has the opportunity to make one resubmittal which addresses all items listed above.

 

OPPOSITION TO OR SUPPORT OF REQUEST:  Staff has not received any comments either in opposition to or in support of the proposed Preliminary-Final Replat.
