ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Resolution authorizes award of a construction contract with Ridgewood Solutions, LLC of Richardson, Texas for the Rehabilitation of 807 Florence Street, McKinney, Texas 75069.
• The Housing Rehabilitation program is for low-and moderate-income homeowners living in substandard conditions.
• Owner Occupied Home Located West of Highway 5 and North of Downtown.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The City issued an Invitation to Bid (22-29CC) for the Rehabilitation of 807 Florence Street on February 20, 2022.
o Advertised in the McKinney Courier Gazette and Celina Record;
o Posted on McKinney TV;
o 1,128 matching eBid supplier notifications which included 47 HUB suppliers.
• Out of 1,128 supplier notifications, three (3) bids were received on March 10, 2022. The following is a summary of the bids:
