RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
* Approve Ordinance

ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Ordinance amends the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Annual Budget by appropriating $126,597 in the Urban Transit District Fund to provide funding for an urban transit bus, and of that amount $101,277 is funded by the Federal Transit Administration, $20,618 is funded by Transportation Development Credits, and $4,702 is funded by the General Fund.
* This ordinance also amends the budget by appropriating $4,702 from the General Fund balance and transferring it to the Urban Transit District Fund to provide the local match.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* The McKinney Urban Transit District approved this replacement rolling stock purchase on June 28, 2022. This purchase will be completed in accordance with FTA and TXDOT regulations.
