APPROVAL PROCESS:  The recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be forwarded to the City Council for final action at the March 21, 2023 meeting.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  Staff recommends the public hearing be closed and the item tabled due to public noticing errors. Staff will re-notice the item prior to an upcoming hearing.

 

ITEM SUMMARY:  The applicant is requesting a specific use permit to allow an expansion of the existing service center located at 3350 South Central Expressway. As part of the specific use permit process, the applicant is also requesting a variance to permit two bay doors to face Craig Drive.
