The applicant is requesting to construct a duplex on the lot with the front and rear setbacks reduced to 10 feet and the side setbacks reduced to 5 feet. Reducing the front setback to 10 feet would also violate the requirement for a 20-foot driveway in UDC Section 204 K (2) (Table 2-10 Footnote 2).
