• Presentation will provide an overview of current legislation regarding the operation of golf carts on public roadways with city limits. City Council will be provided options for future direction regarding allowable operation and enforcement requirements.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Several changes have been made to Texas Transportation Code regarding golf carts and this presentation will provide a synopsis of those as well as the current status.
