RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
* Approval of Resolution.
ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution approves qualified firms to provide Owner's Representative Project Management Services. In addition, this resolution authorizes the City Manager to enter into contracts with these firms.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* The City of McKinney utilizes on-call professional services contracts to complete miscellaneous tasks.
* The City issued a request for qualifications (24-68RFQ) to solicit responses from qualified firms for a pool of Owner's Representative Services firms to perform typical and complete Owner's Representative Project Management Services in conjunction with multiple City of McKinney Facilities Construction projects working with City staff and any appropriate consultants on August 11, 2024.
