ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Ordinance amends the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Annual Budget and the 2025-2029 Capital Improvements Program to provide funding for the design and renovation of the Public Safety Building Roof Replacement Project (FP2548).
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Cavalry Construction & Consulting proposes to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, services, insurance and supervision for completing the Public Safety Building oof replacement within the scoop of work referenced on bid provided by vendor.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• This Ordinance amends the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Annual Budget and the 2025-2029 Capital Improvements Program by appropriating $450,000 from the Public Safety Improvement Fund balance to the Capital Improvement Program for the Public Safety Building Roof Replacement project (FP2548).
