ITEM SUMMARY:
• The Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute an Additional Services Agreement with Garver, LLC for McKinney National Airport Project AI2264, East Side Environmental Assessment (EA).
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The City has undertaken a planning process which will facilitate future improvements to the McKinney National Airport through the East Side Environmental Assessment in January 2022.
• The additional services agreement for the Environmental Assessment (EA) is to meet revised EPA and TCEQ Ozone emissions standards implemented in November 2022 through increased air quality modeling.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• The City of McKinney will be responsible for 100% of the additional project costs of $60,000 increasing the not to exceed amount of the project to $610,000.
• Upon approval of this item, $0 will remain in AI2264.
