ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Resolution authorizes award of a construction contract with J & M Robertson, Inc. dba JMR Construction of McKinney, Texas for the Rehabilitation of 1811 W Midway Street, McKinney, Texas 75069.
• The Housing Rehabilitation program is for low-and moderate-income homeowners living in substandard conditions.
• Owner Occupied Home Located West of Highway 5 and North of Downtown.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The City issued an Invitation to Bid (23-26CC) for the Rehabilitation of 1811 W Midway Street on March 12, 2023.
o Advertised in the McKinney Courier Gazette and Celina Record.
o Posted on McKinney TV.
o 1,187 matching eBid supplier notifications which included 53 Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) suppliers.
• Out of 1,187 supplier notifications, two (2) bids were received and opened by Procurement Services on March 30, 2023. The following is a summary of the bids:
