ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a contract and all necessary change orders with Vellutini Corporation dba Royal Electric Company for the Construction of ACLMS Installation project for a total contract amount not to exceed $294,000.00
• This is part of project Al2452, ACLMS installation project.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Garver, LLC prepared the construction plans for the ALCMS installation project.
• The City issued an Invitation to Bid (24-55CC) to solicit responses from qualified contractors for the ALCMS Installation on May 12, 2024.
