RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• Staff recommends approval of the proposed resolution awarding a construction contract to Titan & Associated Construction LLC for the reconstruction of 705 Gerrish Street.

• The proposed Resolution authorizes award of a construction contract with Titan & Associates Construction LLC for the Reconstruction of 705 Gerrish Street, McKinney, Texas 75069.
• The Housing Rehabilitation & Reconstruction Program is for low-and moderate-income homeowners living in substandard conditions.
• The household applied for rehabilitation, and it was determined that the house was past the point for rehabilitation and would need to be reconstructed.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The City issued Invitation to Bid (26-75ITB) to solicit bids from qualified contractors for the Reconstruction of 705 Gerrish Street

o 343 matching Supplier Notifications in Bonfire
• Out of 343 supplier notifications, six bids were received on September 17, 2026.
• The bids were reviewed by Housing & Community Development to ensure all requirements were met.
• Titan & Associates Construction LLC submitted the lowest bid and was deemed the most responsible bidder in the amount of $188,500.
• This resolution authorizes a contract and all necessary change orders for a not to exceed amount of $207,350.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
