o                     SH 5 at FM 546 / Harry McKillop Boulevard

•                     On July 22, 2024, the City provided a letter to TxDOT requesting sole source procurement of traffic signal equipment and seeking full reimbursement from TxDOT.

•                     The City has reviewed the traffic signal design at all three intersections and prepared a cost estimate based on the traffic signal equipment quantities provided by TxDOT in the amount of $362,893.20.
