ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Resolution authorizes award of a contract with InVeris Training Solutions, Inc. of Suwanee, Georgia for the purchase of a virtual reality police training simulator.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The City issued Request for Proposals (23-36RFP) for a Virtual Reality Police Training Simulator on June 18, 2023, on behalf of the Police Department after receiving the 2022 Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) Federal Grant for $125,000.

o 260 matching eBid Supplier Notifications which included seventeen (17) Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) suppliers.
• Out of 260 supplier notifications, one (1) bid was received on July 6, 2023, from InVeris Training Solutions, Inc. of Suwanee, Georgia.
