ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a contract and all necessary change orders with RPMx Construction, LLC for the Construction of Runway 18 Extension (500-foot) project for a total contract amount not to exceed $24,000,000.00
• This is part of project Al2452, Runway 18 Extension 18 (500-foot)
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Garver, LLC prepared the construction plans for the Runway 18 Extension (500-foot).
• The City issued an Invitation to Bid (24-29CC) to solicit responses from qualified contractors for the Construction of Runway 18 Extension (500-foot) on June 23, 2024.

o 285 matching eBid supplier notifications which included 16 Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) suppliers.

FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• This Resolution authorizes a contract and all necessary change orders with RPMx Construction, LLC for an amount not to exceed $24,000,000.00.
• Funding for this project is in CIP project Al2452, Runway 18 Extension (500-foot)
• Upon approval of this item, $3,748,706.41 will remain in Al2452 project
