ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute an amendment with Garver, LLC for the McKinney National Airport Eastside Development project.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The proposed scope of work will consist of Terminal Area and Taxiway C and Roundabout services related to the McKinney National Airport Eastside Development and Infrastructure (AI2250), which includes concessions development, construction administration, closeout services, etc.
• Garver, LLC, currently serving as the City’s engineer of record for McKinney National Airport (24-45RFQ), was selected through a formal Request for Qualifications (RFQ) selection process, and the scope of the project falls within the RFQ criteria.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• Total project costs is a not to exceed amount of $2,906,220 for this agreement.
• Funding for this project is currently budgeted in the McKinney National Airport CIP project AI2250, Eastside Development and Infrastructure.
