ITEM SUMMARY:
* This resolution authorizes the City Manager execute a contract in the amount of $16,036,916.22 with Mario Sinacola & Sons Excavating, Inc. for the construction of Taxiway C and Roundabout in relation to the Eastside Development and Infrastructure project (AI2250) and authorizing all necessary change orders under said contract up to the aggregate amount, inclusive of any change orders, not to exceed $17,691,916.22.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* Garver, LLC prepared the construction plans for Taxiway C and the Roundabout.
* The City issued an Invitation to Bid (26-03ITB) to solicit responses from qualified contractors for the construction of Taxiway C and the Roundabout on October 10, 2025.
