ITEM SUMMARY:
* The selected consultant team, Terracon Consultants, Inc., submitted a proposal to provide construction materials testing and observation services for Taxiway C and the Roundabout in relation to the Airport Eastside Infrastructure Project with a not to exceed amount of $158,521.50.
* This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with Terracon Consultants, Inc. to provide construction materials testing and observation services for the Eastside Development and Infrastructure project.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* The City of McKinney issued a request for qualifications (RFQ) for miscellaneous geotechnical and materials testing services (24-18RFQ). Of the twelve (12) firms that submitted a statement of qualifications, Terracon was one of the six (6) firms which were determined to be the most qualified in the selection.
