ITEM SUMMARY:
* The Parks and Recreation Department is requesting a reallocation of $47,784 from PK2040 Parks Master Plan to PK4325 Parks Accessibility.
1. This reallocation will fund various ADA work across the City as well as a new study that will perform a full accessibility and inclusivity review for Finch Park, Old Settler's Recreation Center and Park and Prestwyck Park.

* The second request is for the reallocation of $80,000 from PK1643 Prestwyck Park to PK2448 Grady Littlejohn Shade and Seating Improvements.
1. This reallocation funding will go towards all new spectator seating (bleachers) as well as much needed shade structures.

* The third item is related to the removal of the obstacle course at the Apex Centre's indoor pool.
1. This request will provide to us options moving forward with decommissioning the existing Hyrdro Course Xperience, which was funded in 2021 through a grant from the MCDC.
