ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to enter into a contract and execute all necessary change orders with Champion Turf, LLC of Fort Pierce, Florida in the amount of $596,270.00 with a contingency of $53,730.00 for a not to exceed amount of $650,000.00 for the Oak Hollow Golf Course Green and Tee Box Replacement.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* Oak Hollow Golf Course is an 18-hole par 70 Championship Golf Course and the greens and tee boxes have not been updated in over 20 years. By replacing the greens and tee boxes it will allow for better gameplay and overall better customer satisfaction.
* The City issued Request for Proposal 23-12RFP, Oak Hollow Green and Tee Box Replacement on February 19, 2023.
