ITEM SUMMARY:
• The Main Street Board desired to amend the Bylaws to reflect updated duties of the Secretary/Treasurer position, reduce the number of directors from 11 to 9, and add additional financial controls regarding signing of checks.
• The McKinney Main Street Bylaws were last amended in November 2013.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The City Council discussed the proposed changes at the June 1, 2015 Work Session.
• The changes requested by the City Council have been incorporated into the Bylaws.
• The Third Amended Bylaws for McKinney Main Street were approved by the McKinney City Council at the Regular City Council meeting on July 21, 2015.
