* McKinney Community Development Corporation will conduct a public hearing on a project grant application in an amount of $447,677.25 submitted by CommonGood Medical for infrastructure related to property renovation to facilitate business expansion and relocation of CommonGood Medical Clinic. Project elements include:
o Parking lot improvements;
o Walkways;
o ADA improvements;
o Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing;
o HVAC; and
o Design and Engineering.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* CommonGood Medical was established in 2016 to provide access to quality, whole-person healthcare and foster healthy community through Christ-centered love.
* CommonGood provides free medical, vision, behavioral healthcare, imaging, gynecology and pain management services to uninsured and indigent populations.
* The new facility will allow CommonGood to expand services, deepen their impact, and welcome more neighbors into long-term, whole person healthcare.
