RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:                     

                     Approval of the attached Resolution.

 

ITEM SUMMARY: 

                     Transfers among Capital Improvement projects are proposed to complete construction of the Cottonwood Creek Under Grade Crossing project (PK9137) at McKinney Ranch Parkway. 

 

                     A total of $25,000 is proposed to be transferred from the Horizon Park Amphitheater project (PK9133), funded by Parkland Dedication Fund Zone 3.

 

                     Increased funding of $25,000 is needed to construct as planned the Cottonwood Creek Under Grade Crossing project.

 

BACKGROUND INFORMATION: 

                     The Cottonwood Creek Under Grade Crossing project will be constructed under a City annual contract with PWR Concrete.

 

                     The Horizon Park Amphitheater project will be constructed by Dean Construction who provided the lowest quote of $40,000.
