RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• Approval of the attached Resolution.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• Transfers among Capital Improvement projects are proposed to complete construction of the Cottonwood Creek Under Grade Crossing project (PK9137) at McKinney Ranch Parkway.
• A total of $25,000 is proposed to be transferred from the Horizon Park Amphitheater project (PK9133), funded by Parkland Dedication Fund Zone 3.
• Increased funding of $25,000 is needed to construct as planned the Cottonwood Creek Under Grade Crossing project.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The Cottonwood Creek Under Grade Crossing project will be constructed under a City annual contract with PWR Concrete.
• The Horizon Park Amphitheater project will be constructed by Dean Construction who provided the lowest quote of $40,000.
