RECOMMENDED BOARD ACTION:
• Consider/Discuss possible changes to the Mckinney Urban Transit District (MUTD) Bylaws.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• Staff is exploring amendments and additions to the MUTD Bylaws to support the Collin County Transit program and facilitate collaboration among member cities in the delivery of regional transit services.
• Changes may include:
o Member City Withdrawal Process
o Cost Sharing Policy Compliance Procedures
o Revised Attendance Requirements
