RECOMMENDED BOARD ACTION:                     

                     Consider/Discuss possible changes to the Mckinney Urban Transit District (MUTD) Bylaws.

 

ITEM SUMMARY: 

                     Staff is exploring amendments and additions to the MUTD Bylaws to support the Collin County Transit program and facilitate collaboration among member cities in the delivery of regional transit services.

                     Changes may include:

o                     Member City Withdrawal Process

o                     Cost Sharing Policy Compliance Procedures

o                     Revised Attendance Requirements

 

BACKGROUND INFORMATION: 

                     The McKinney Urban Transit District Bylaws were adopted on March 7, 2017.
