ITEM SUMMARY:
* This item authorizes the City Manager to enter into a roadway impact fee agreement with MCINTYRE PHASE I OWNER, L.P., for the construction of Wilmeth Road, and dedication of Right-Of-Way, generally located along the north side of future Wilmeth Road in an area between the east side of State Highway 5 and the property line of the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Railroad Right-Of-Way crossing
* In conjunction with the Chi McIntyre Development (approximately 139.077 acres), the applicant is required to construct two lanes of Wilmeth Road (extending approximately 2,700 linear feet), and to dedicate the respective rights-of-way (all of which are roadway impact fee credit eligible and shown on the attached roadway exhibit and labeled as the "Developer Responsibility").
* The City and Developer are entering into a separate Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement to compensate the Developer for the design and construction of the remainder of Wilmeth Road that is not adjacent to the Property (shown on the attached roa...
