* Approval of Resolution.
ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a supplemental agreement with Team Consultants, Inc. to provide additional geotechnical and materials testing services for the construction of the FY23 Citywide Street Rehabilitation Project (CIP Project ST2302), for an increase in the previous contract amount of $49,098.00 to a total aggregate contract amount, inclusive of any supplemental agreements, not to exceed $140,000.00.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* Team Consultants, Inc. is currently under contract with the City to provide geotechnical and materials testing services related to the first phase of FY23 Citywide Street Rehabilitation Project consisting of four streets, Paula Rd from Hunt St to Greenwood St, Benge St from Davis St to Hunt St, Lamar St from College St to Church St and Tennessee St from SH 5 to Wilson Creek.
* Team Consultants, Inc. submitted a proposal to provide materials testing services for the second phase of FY23 Street Rehabilitation project construction consisting of five streets, Morris Street between Louisiana St and Lamar St and between Josephine St and Shelley St, Erwin Street between Graves St and West St, Oak Street between Josephine St and Leland St, and Church Street between Josephine St and US380 in the amount of $87,700.00 which has bee...
