ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute an agreement with Garver, LLC for the McKinney National Airport Taxiway A Phase II project.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The proposed scope of work will consist of construction phase services for the McKinney National Airport Taxiway A Phase II project (AI2633), which includes resident on-site project representation, construction administration, materials testing, and closeout services.
• Garver, LLC, currently serving as the City’s engineer of record for McKinney National Airport (24-45RFQ), was selected through a formal Request for Qualifications (RFQ) selection process, and the scope of the project falls within the RFQ criteria.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• Total project cost is a “not to exceed” amount of $853,900.00 for this agreement.
• Funding for this project is currently budgeted in the McKinney National Airport CIP project AI2633.
